Starting healthily!


Starting yesterday I'm cutting out extremely processed foods. I saythat  because things like cheese and bread are technically "processed" if you ask me. Today for lunch I have a salad, eggs and a bananana for snack. When I'm craving sugar I have a spoonful of honey. I had the opportunity to drink concentrated juice, eat candy and fruit snacks but I emerged triumphant! I'm really happy. 

This is an expensive lifestyle, I know, but I want to keep up with it. When I have my own place I hope I can grow my own food, even if just green onions and cilantro, but preferably my own fruits and vegetables. But, I dream pretty big for someone with no job and no direction in life.
